COURSES OF IMPROVEMENT OF QUALIFICATION
REGISTRATION FORM
Ñenter of retraining and improvement of qualification in the field of environment protection and nature use is created in 2004 at RSE "Informational and analytical centre of environment protection” of the Ministry of environment protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
For the period of the activity since 2004 to 2008 it is carried out 50 courses of improvement of qualification in the field of environment protection, more than 1000 persons were trained in Center. In 2009 it is planned to carry out training courses for experts of enterprises - nature users on the following themes:
"Ecological audit",
"Ecological expertise and regulation of nature use",
"Production and consumption waste management",
"Sustainable development: increase in ecological responsibility at nature use"
Certificates on improvement of professional skills of the state sample are given out to participants on the basis of results of final estimation of knowledge. According to Rules of licensing and the qualifying requirements made for activity on performance of works and rendering of services in the field of environment protection. "Certificate of competency of the ecological auditor» confirming that the participant has specialization is given out after passage of course on a theme “Ecological audit ".
Participants of courses are provided with following distributing material: "The ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Concept of sustainable development ", "Concept of ecological safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the collected lectures on themes of course, legal database in the field of environment protection "EcoInfoPravo" in the electronic version (CD - disks).
